1) Participation: For participation, i have tried to be here and participate in the activities as much as i could. At first i thought i wasnt able to participate at all but recently i have been coming alot more often and i enjoy being apart of the class. When i am in class, i try hard to push myself to do the best that i can. My favorite activities are badminton,yoga,volleyball and zumba. These classes have been easy and enjoyable for me. I have been attending all my classes besides sick days, doctors appointments and class field trips.
2) When i am in class, i am supportive of my friends and encouraging them to do their best and they do the same for me. I make my classmates feel good and happy when we are doing activities. I try to help out anyone out in anyway as much as possible. Something that i should improve on is my confidence because that will make me feel better about myself and the things that i do.
3) Healthy Living: I try to stay fit by participating in p.e class and doing things at home like bike riding. I also have a physio therapy session every thursday for 2 years and the things i do there are sit-ups, treadmill, squats and many more! It is a very intense hour of excercise. For food, i try to eat healthy but i could definately do better. I drink many glasses of water everyday.
4) As far as blog posts go, i think i have done a good job with keeping up with my posting and letting you know what i have been up to if i could not make it to class that day.
I think i deserve around a C/C+ 65%-70% this year for trying to be apart of the class as much.
Overall i enjoyed being apart of Get Fit 10!

Attendance, gym strip, willingness to participate in a variety of activities. Field trip attendance if applicable. Effort in different activities & block wide fitness days.
- My attendance has been good. The only times that i have been absent are for sick days and medical reasons. I try to participate in class as much as i can. I have participated in the dance classes and the badminton classes. I have not gone on the field trips.
2. Contribution: to the class as a community - leadership, responsible decision making, empathy towards others, inclusion. How do you make our class better? (25%)

Documentary about women
I was absent for the beginning and middle of this documentary, but i watched the ending of it (40 mins). From what i saw, the video basically outlined the bad and negative things that happen to women these days and the ways that they get treated by others. I think that it is terrible to hear that these things go on nowadays and it seems to be happening quite often. Men and women should be treated equally and fairly all the time. Men tend to be treated better than women and that should stop. If people stop hurting and doing other horrible things to women, the world would be a better place. That is my opinion on this documentary.

Today the class is doing insanity. I am definately unable to this activity so i did my walk around the school for 15 minutes and came to the library to write my blogs and catch up on other work from my classes.

Today the class did zumba. I was able to participate in that for the whole class and I enjoyed it. Zumba was not too dificult for me and i think it was a good workout.

Today the class did the beep test which i could not have done. For this block i did the same thing as i did yesterday. I went for a walk for fifteen minutes around the inside of the school and walked up and down the small set of stairs. After i completed that, I came to the library to fill out this blog and do extra work. This is todays get fit class!

Get fit grade 10
For this course, i hope to focus on yoga and easier activities as i am unable to do certain things. I also hope to focus on basically fitness actvities like stretching and walking. Since i cant go for a community walk, do the beep test, run, etc., these activities will hopefully have me staying fit.
