Today the class is doing the locomotion in the large gym or gone upstairs to the weight room. I did a walk around the schooland now filling out my blogs catching up on work.

Documentary about women
I was absent for the beginning and middle of this documentary, but i watched the ending of it (40 mins). From what i saw, the video basically outlined the bad and negative things that happen to women these days and the ways that they get treated by others. I think that it is terrible to hear that these things go on nowadays and it seems to be happening quite often. Men and women should be treated equally and fairly all the time. Men tend to be treated better than women and that should stop. If people stop hurting and doing other horrible things to women, the world would be a better place. That is my opinion on this documentary.

Today the class is doing insanity. I am definately unable to this activity so i did my walk around the school for 15 minutes and came to the library to write my blogs and catch up on other work from my classes.

Today the class did zumba. I was able to participate in that for the whole class and I enjoyed it. Zumba was not too dificult for me and i think it was a good workout.

Today the class did the beep test which i could not have done. For this block i did the same thing as i did yesterday. I went for a walk for fifteen minutes around the inside of the school and walked up and down the small set of stairs. After i completed that, I came to the library to fill out this blog and do extra work. This is todays get fit class!

Get fit grade 10
For this course, i hope to focus on yoga and easier activities as i am unable to do certain things. I also hope to focus on basically fitness actvities like stretching and walking. Since i cant go for a community walk, do the beep test, run, etc., these activities will hopefully have me staying fit.
