Year end report
This year in P.E has been a little bit hard because i was not able to completely participate in all of the activities such as the beep test, community run, hill run, etc. Although i was not able to do those things i still did alot of walking and the smaller activities such as yoga, dancing and other fitness things. This year for p.e i think that i atleast deserve a C.

What does P.E mean to me?
When i think of P.E, the thoughts that come to mind are basically excersising, and staying in shape. P.E may not be easy all the time, but it will help you stay alot more healthy in the future whether it is with what your eating, excersising or keeping yourself in shape. Also, when i think of P.E, another thing that comes to mind is putting in as much effort and trying as hard as you can and feeling good about yourself at the same time.

During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate in a variety of activities? On what days have you participated to your best effort and why? What days have been a struggle for you and why?
- I show that i am prepared by trying hard to do the best i can. Although i dont participate in all the class activities, i still try to do my best. The day that i have the most struggles would probably be on Monday because its the first day of the week and im usually tired.
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class? What kind of attitude do you bring and why? How do you interact with other students in our class?
The kind of attitude that i bring to the class would probably be good. Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself physically?
What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most? What fitness goals do you have for the rest of the year?
The fitness activity that i enjoyed the most this year would probably be yoga. I only did the ones i could do and i found that the best one, and its not too difficult. For the rest of the year, my goal is to keep on excercising and staying healthy.
What does "leadership" mean to you? Who are the best leaders in our class - why?
leadership to me means, being helpful in a group of people and working hard. What are you the most proud of so far?
i am most proud of the way i have been working in P.E and my effort.
